Data Analytics Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies, is seeking a dedicated Data Analytics Instructor to join its team in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. This full-time, onsite role involves delivering practical, industry-focused IT training designed to equip young people with the skills needed for careers and freelancing in technology. The instructor will lead daily classes and hands-on labs, guiding trainees from basic spreadsheet skills to creating professional dashboards using real-world datasets. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by preparing fresh graduates, final-year students, and industry newcomers—many with little prior experience—for success in data analytics roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and practical lab sessions aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Explain data analytics concepts clearly and simply to trainees with no prior experience, using both English and Urdu.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, slide decks, datasets, assignments, and quizzes.
- Develop case studies based on real business domains such as sales, HR, finance, and e-commerce.
- Guide trainees through mini-projects and a final capstone project to consolidate learning.
- Monitor attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who need extra help.
- Advise trainees on building analyst portfolios, CVs, and job application strategies.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI; familiarity with Python (Pandas) for data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of data cleaning, modeling, and visualization best practices.
- Ability to communicate complex numerical insights clearly in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners and building their confidence.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certifications such as Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) or Google Data Analytics are highly desirable.
- Experience with Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles is advantageous.
