iConsult, a Pakistan-based advisory and research organization, is seeking project-based Telephone Data Collection Associates to support ongoing research and survey initiatives. The organization specializes in policy research, impact evaluation, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based consulting, working closely with both public and private sector clients to deliver reliable data and actionable insights. Selected candidates will conduct structured telephone interviews to gather accurate information from respondents, contributing to the success of various research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured telephone interviews with respondents as per project guidelines.
- Accurately collect and input respondent information using the designated data collection system.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling all collected data.
- Ensure high accuracy and quality throughout the data collection process.
- Meet assigned targets for the number of calls and completed responses within set deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong command of Urdu with clear and effective verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in surveys, research, interviews, or data collection is advantageous.

Employment Details:
