Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, record, and maintain high-quality data to support various research studies and projects within the department.
- Ensure strict adherence to data collection protocols, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of information for analysis and reporting.
- Facilitate both qualitative and quantitative data collection processes as required by research protocols.
- Provide structured support to the research team in managing and organizing data collection activities effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of intermediate, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient understanding of data entry tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, REDCap, or similar platforms.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Two to three years of relevant experience in healthcare or NGO settings, demonstrating familiarity with data collection in such environments.
