Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking an experienced Data Domain Expert to join the Carrier Business Services MDM Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Hyderabad, India. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with advanced data tools such as Ataccama and Atlan, focusing on data quality and governance initiatives within a complex SAP master data environment. The position involves contributing to global SAP MDG projects and engaging with stakeholders worldwide, supporting the continuous improvement of master data management aligned with engineering and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the Master Data Management (MDM) roadmap initiatives linked to Engineering and Operations.
- Collaborate with Data Principals and Data Owners to define data standards, perform data cleansing activities, and monitor master data quality through dashboards and KPIs.
- Provide second-line support for MDM operations by addressing queries and escalations within the relevant data domain.
- Support the master data improvement strategy as part of the Carrier Business Services MDM CoE team.
- Implement structural improvements to enhance the quality and reliability of master data.
- Facilitate efficient end-to-end business processes by ensuring decisions are made based on trusted and accurate data.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain domains, with strong expertise in SAP Material Master and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Proven experience in Data Quality and Data Governance practices; hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives independently and engage effectively with global teams.
