Data Enrichment & Lead Generation Specialist

HG Marketing Ltd, located in Lahore’s Gulberg III area, is looking for a detail-oriented Data Enrichment Specialist to join their team. This full-time role offers flexible working arrangements, including on-site, hybrid, or remote options, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The company focuses on helping businesses grow their audience and convert podcasts into valuable content assets by producing high-quality audio and video materials. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable business insights, supporting the company’s B2B podcast marketing efforts targeted at founders and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Extract structured data from LinkedIn and corporate directories using various scraping tools and browser extensions.
- Build and refine targeted lead lists by enriching each record with accurate job titles, company size, and verified contact details.
- Conduct thorough quality control to clean and validate datasets, ensuring removal of duplicates and maintaining 100% accuracy before handing off data to the Sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to update and improve Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on campaign performance analysis.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and scripting methods to automate repetitive tasks, enhancing the efficiency and scale of data collection processes.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Data Enrichment, Lead Generation, or Technical Research, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proficiency in extracting data from LinkedIn and practical experience with web scraping tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to error-free spreadsheet and CRM data management.
- Ability to leverage AI and automation technologies to boost productivity and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of B2B lead qualification principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from PKR 50,000 to PKR 60,000 per month, depending on experience.
