Data Entry and Annotation Intern

AiGenics is seeking detail-oriented and motivated interns who are either fresh graduates or final semester students eager to begin their careers in data management and annotation. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with trade-related data, ensuring accuracy and organization while gaining practical experience in a professional environment. The role is based in Karachi, with a morning shift schedule and a monthly stipend of Rs30,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, annotation, labeling, and validation of trade-related information.
- Organize, classify, and maintain import/export records and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing Letters of Credit (LCs) and related trade documents.
- Identify discrepancies, verify information, and maintain data accuracy.
- Support documentation, reporting, and database management activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data updates.

Required Qualifications
- Final semester students or fresh graduates in BBA, Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with structured data and documentation.
- Eagerness to learn and develop practical skills in data management and trade documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic knowledge of import/export processes or Letters of Credit (LCs) is advantageous but not mandatory.
