Data Entry and Annotation Intern

AiGenics is offering an internship opportunity for detail-oriented and motivated individuals who are either fresh graduates or final semester students looking to begin their careers in data management and annotation. This role provides hands-on experience working with trade-related data, focusing on accuracy and organization within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Interns will gain practical skills while contributing to essential data processes that support the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, annotation, labeling, and validation of trade-related information.
- Organize, classify, and maintain import/export records and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing Letters of Credit (LCs) and related trade documents.
- Identify discrepancies, verify information, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support documentation, reporting, and database management activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate accurate and timely updates of data.

Required Qualifications
- Final semester students or fresh graduates in BBA, Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with structured data and documentation.
- Eagerness to learn and develop practical skills in data management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic knowledge of import/export processes or Letters of Credit (LCs) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Location: MACHS, Karachi.
- Shift: Morning.
- Monthly stipend: Rs30,000.00.
- This is an in-person role, requiring candidates to be comfortable commuting to the office.
