Data Entry and Lead Generation

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Lead Generation Associate based in Model Town Link Road, Lahore. This full-time role operates on an evening shift from 3 PM to 12 AM to align with the Canadian market hours. It offers a valuable long-term opportunity for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, market research, cold email outreach, and sales development. The position includes a three-month probation period, after which the salary and commission incentives increase based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on companies based in the U.S. and Canada to identify potential clients for our services.
- Identify and target key decision-makers such as company owners, directors, and managers.
- Collect detailed information from company websites, including services offered, locations, project portfolios, and potential business needs.
- Build and maintain accurate, well-organized prospect databases to support business development and sales efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of Matric, Intermediate, or Graduate level (Graduation is optional).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Google search, and business directories is essential.
- Internet Browsing: Strong internet research and data collection skills are necessary.
- Language Skills: Basic understanding of English or a willingness to improve is required.

This position requires in-person attendance in Lahore and operates Monday through Friday, with Saturday as an optional workday. The salary during the probation period ranges from PKR 15,000 to 20,000 plus commission. After successful completion of probation, the salary increases to PKR 20,000 to 35,000 plus commission.
