This internship opportunity is with a client organization seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join as a Data Entry Intern. The role offers hands-on experience in import/export operations, focusing on maintaining accurate trade records and supporting documentation processes. The selected candidate will assist with Letters of Credit (LC) processing, coordinate routine documentation tasks, and help ensure smooth transaction flow within the team. This position is ideal for those eager to develop practical skills in international trade and gain exposure to supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update import/export records, transaction details, and relevant databases to ensure accuracy. Assist in the preparation and processing of Letters of Credit (LCs) and related documentation. Organize, prepare, and maintain all import/export paperwork with precision. Review documents for completeness and correctness, coordinating any necessary corrections with relevant parties. Support daily documentation, data entry, and reporting activities associated with trade operations. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to fulfill all documentation requirements. Ensure proper record-keeping and timely updates of all trade-related information.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should be in their final semester or recent graduates in BBA, preferably specializing in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, International Business, or a related field. A basic understanding of import/export procedures and trade documentation is preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in data management are essential. Good written and verbal communication abilities are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow professionally within import/export operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LCs) will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time, onsite internship based in MACHS, Karachi, with a morning shift schedule. The position offers a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000.
