A reputable FMCG company located in Nawab Town, Lahore, is looking to hire a meticulous Data Entry professional for a full-time, office-based position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data across multiple company systems, supporting key operational areas such as sales, inventory, and purchasing. This role requires working six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a monthly salary range of PKR 40,000 to 45,000. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience who thrive in a fast-paced office environment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within company databases and systems.
- Manage records related to sales, inventory, stock levels, purchases, and other operational activities.
- Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to uphold high-quality information standards.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical documentation and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and update necessary information.
- Identify and promptly correct any data entry errors.
- Ensure timely updates of all records and databases.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive company information.
- Perform additional data entry and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong typing speed with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and accurately handle large volumes of data.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Willingness to work full-time, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Ability to commute to the office located in Nawab Town, Lahore.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
