Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, or other digital platforms to assist with data entry tasks.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain data files and records to ensure they remain current and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Support data cleanup and validation projects to uphold data quality and consistency.
- Retrieve and compile data from various sources for reporting or analysis purposes.
- Strictly adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Provide regular updates on data entry progress and report any issues or challenges encountered.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in data management, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Proficiency in data entry software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar applications.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, capable of handling large volumes of data efficiently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of data management principles and best practices.
