Data Entry Officer - Supply Chain Operations

1st Step Shoes & Bags is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join its Supply Chain Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining supply chain data within the company’s ERP system and databases. This role is vital in supporting procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse functions by ensuring that all data is handled promptly and without errors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update purchase orders, invoices, delivery records, and inventory transactions.
- Maintain precise records of stock movement and warehouse data to support operational efficiency.
- Verify data accuracy before input to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
- Generate routine reports related to inventory, procurement, and overall supply chain activities.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies in data.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all supply chain records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data at all times.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to support decision-making.
- Perform data cleaning and regularly update the database to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, supply chain, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Fresh graduates with strong computer skills and attention to detail will also be considered.
