Data Entry Operator / Excel Expert

Advanced Network Solutions (ANS) is looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Data Entry Operator / Excel Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data entry, with the ability to efficiently manage, organize, analyze, and maintain data and documentation. Accuracy, consistency, and multitasking are essential, as this role supports various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business operations.
- Organize and manage documentation with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize Excel formulas, functions, sorting, filtering, and data validation to improve data management processes.
- Create summaries and management reports using Excel tools.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
- Perform data cleaning, formatting, and reconciliation tasks as required.
- Coordinate with field teams and customers to ensure smooth data flow and effective communication.
- Manage multiple Excel files and maintain well-organized documentation systems.
- Undertake additional data-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma/certification in a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data handling techniques.
- Good typing speed combined with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary of Rs 25,000.00. This role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
