Data Entry Operator

Aitchison Housing Society is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join its office team based near Ali Town Raiwind Road, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining society data, managing various business documents, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This is a full-time, office-based position offering a competitive salary that reflects the candidate’s experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain society data within computer systems.
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, records, and reports regularly.
- Maintain both digital and physical documentation with accuracy and organization.
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy to ensure reliability of information.
- Manage invoices, quotations, purchase and sales records, and other business-related documents.
- Perform basic administrative and office support tasks as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all office information and data.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate education; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Good typing speed combined with high accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good numerical skills and ability to handle data efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
