Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Invoice and Financial Voucher Data Entry Operator to join the team at Super Mart, located near Shah Latif Town, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering purchase invoices and financial vouchers, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely processing. This full-time role demands dedication, punctuality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter purchase invoices and financial vouchers into the system.
- Maintain and update financial records with precision.
- Utilize MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, for effective data management.
- Ensure timely completion of daily data entry tasks.
- Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Quickly adapt to Super Mart’s operational procedures and software systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; higher education is preferred.
- At least one year of experience working in Super Mart or a similar retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic IT skills; candidates with an IT course certificate or diploma will be preferred.
- Ability to work full-time from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Ownership of a smartphone for work-related communication and tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Completion of an IT course or diploma related to data entry or office applications is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Salary range between PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- An initial trial period of seven days without pay, with confirmation based on performance.
- Work location is strictly at Shah Latif Town, Karachi, requiring in-person attendance.
