Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our BPO team for the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring smooth business operations and meeting client deadlines. This is a full-time, in-person position with shift timings from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM PST.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data in databases and internal systems.
- Verify data for completeness and correct any errors.
- Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and internal requests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and client information.
- Prepare and generate reports as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks during the shift.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute recommended.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, as well as data entry software.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours.

- Salary Range: Rs35,000 to Rs40,000 per month
