Data Entry Operator

Transsion Tecno Motor Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and competent ERP Operator to join their team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily data entry tasks within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records related to inventory, sales, and purchases. This role requires close coordination with various departments including accounts, HR, and operations to support smooth business processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily data entry and management within the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and purchase transactions.
- Generate and compile reports from ERP software as needed by different departments.
- Collaborate effectively with accounts, HR, and operations teams to ensure data consistency.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain system integrity at all times.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic ERP-related issues to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working with ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong data handling skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory management processes.
