DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Anam Fabrics (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within the company’s ERP system, preparing reports related to production, inventory, and material consumption, and ensuring timely submission of all relevant documentation. This role requires close coordination with various departments including Store and Production to maintain accurate records and resolve any discrepancies in data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the company’s ERP system.
- Prepare daily reports on production, inventory, and material consumption.
- Maintain detailed records of stock entries, material issues, and production transactions.
- Verify data accuracy and address any discrepancies found in system records.
- Prepare and update Excel reports, spreadsheets, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with Store, Production, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure all data and reports are updated and submitted within required deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate qualification or equivalent educational background.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry processes.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and time management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management is preferred.
