We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Operator to join our chemical warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing inventory records and performing data entry tasks related to chemical stock. This role requires close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse staff to ensure smooth stock management and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise records of chemical stock, including the receipt and issuance of materials.
- Enter daily inventory data into Excel spreadsheets or inventory management software.
- Prepare stock reports, delivery notes, and material receiving records in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Keep detailed records of chemical names, batch numbers, quantities, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding stock movements and related documentation.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing chemical shipments are properly documented.
- Adhere strictly to warehouse safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or inventory management, preferably within a warehouse or chemical storage environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good organizational and communication skills to liaise with warehouse staff and supervisors.
- Ability to follow safety protocols related to chemical handling and storage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a chemical warehouse or similar industrial setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of chemical safety standards and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs55,000.
