Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team at Saleem Fabrics in Lahore. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in using Retail Pro Prism software to handle retail data entry, inventory management, and daily system operations. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage various retail-related data processes to ensure smooth business functions and support overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry using Retail Pro Prism software.
- Manage Retail Pro Prism operations including product creation, stock entries, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain and update item master data such as SKUs, barcodes, pricing, and product details.
- Process purchase orders, receiving vouchers, and other stock-related transactions efficiently.
- Keep precise records of sales, purchases, and inventory levels.
- Generate daily and monthly reports through the Retail Pro Prism system to support management decisions.
- Monitor and investigate stock discrepancies, coordinating with branch offices and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation within the system.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Retail Pro Prism software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of retail data entry and comprehensive handling of the Retail Pro Prism system.
- Experience in retail inventory management and stock reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Excellent typing speed combined with strong attention to detail.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with Retail Pro Prism.
