Data Entry Operator

Saleem Fabrics, based in Lahore, is seeking a skilled Data Entry Operator with expertise in Retail Pro Prism software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing retail data entry, inventory control, and daily system operations to ensure smooth and accurate business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry within the Retail Pro Prism system.
- Manage Retail Pro Prism operations, including product creation, stock entries, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain item master data such as SKUs, barcodes, pricing, and product updates.
- Process purchase orders, receiving vouchers, and stock-related transactions efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory.
- Generate daily and monthly reports using Retail Pro Prism.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with branches and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper system documentation at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on proficiency with Retail Pro Prism software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of retail data entry and comprehensive handling of the Prism system.
- Experience in retail inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
- Excellent typing speed combined with strong attention to detail.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with preference given to candidates familiar with Retail Pro Prism.
