Data Entry Operator

Tempo Sports, a well-established sports equipment manufacturer based in Sialkot, is looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining company data, ensuring records are up to date and error-free. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and skill level. The position requires strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in computer systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain records related to inventory, purchases, sales, imports, and other business transactions as required.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify information.
- Ensure data confidentiality and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
