Data Entry Operator (Warehouse)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Purchase/Warehouse Department. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data entry, purchase documentation, inventory records, and warehouse-related operations within a retail grocery environment.

Requirements

6–7 years of relevant experience in Data Entry, preferably in a retail grocery store or warehouse environment.
Strong experience in Purchase Department and Warehouse Data Entry.
Good knowledge of grocery, FMCG, food, household, and other retail products.
Experience in maintaining purchase records, invoices, GRNs, stock entries, and related documentation.
Good understanding of inventory and warehouse procedures.
Strong command of MS Excel and MS Office.
Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain and update daily purchase and stock records.
Experience in handling large volumes of data and maintaining proper documentation.
Good coordination with Procurement, Warehouse, Accounts, and Operations teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain purchase-related data accurately in the system.
Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and receiving documents.
Update warehouse stock records and ensure data accuracy.
Record incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.
Verify purchase and receiving documents for accuracy.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Warehouse teams regarding stock and procurement records.
Prepare daily and periodic data reports as required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of purchase and warehouse records.
Identify and report discrepancies in stock or purchase data.
Ensure timely updating of all purchase and inventory transactions.
