Data Entry Specialist

Figout is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CV and Job Application Data Entry Specialist to join our team on-site. As a white-label design partner for agencies, we provide services including graphic design, brand identity, web design, product UI/UX, and CMS development under our agency partners’ branding. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying suitable job opportunities, customizing CVs using AI tools, and submitting precise job applications on behalf of candidates. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Search for relevant job vacancies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Accurately enter and update candidate information in databases.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to tailor CVs to specific job descriptions.
- Optimize CVs with appropriate ATS (Applicant Tracking System) keywords to improve application success.
- Prepare compelling cover letters and responses for job applications.
- Submit targeted applications in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain and update an application tracker to monitor progress and deadlines.
- Follow up on application responses and manage communication with potential employers.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in job applications, CV writing, or data entry roles.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for content customization.
- Strong understanding of ATS-friendly CV formatting and keyword optimization.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site and consistently meet weekly performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive performance-based commission structure, with monthly pay ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs51,000.
