Data Entry Trainee / Freshers

We are a growing software house located in Nazimabad, Karachi, serving a diverse range of international clients. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to join our team full-time. This role is crucial in supporting our operations by ensuring accurate data management and efficient handling of bids on the Upwork platform. The position requires working on-site during night shifts from Monday to Saturday, offering a unique opportunity to engage with global projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit bids on Upwork in accordance with established strategies and guidelines.
- Search for, analyze, and identify relevant projects that align with the company’s services.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate bid records using spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Customize proposal templates to suit specific client requirements.
- Track submitted bids, monitor responses, interviews, and conversion rates.
- Maintain organized records of client communications and project details.
- Ensure the confidentiality of company data and client information at all times.
- Provide support to sales and operations teams through reporting and administrative tasks.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly bidding targets within set deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good typing speed and the ability to work efficiently under supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word.
- Basic understanding of the Upwork marketplace and bidding process; training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
