We are seeking a Data Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role involves onboarding customers by providing data solutions, migrating and mapping data, and manipulating data for existing clients. The specialist will collaborate closely with developers to write and test SQL queries to extract data from Azure databases. Strong customer orientation is essential, as the role requires conducting virtual meetings to gather client requirements for data import and manipulation. Exceptional presentation and documentation skills are also critical. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers during onboarding to ensure smooth data migration and provide tailored solutions based on their system usage.
- Gather, validate, and rectify customer data into Excel templates and import data using import utilities.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to perform repetitive and detailed data manipulation tasks.
- Format raw data into import templates and validate data before and after upload, maintaining records on Jira.
- Write and test custom SQL reports to extract data from Azure databases; basic SQL scripting knowledge is required.
- Participate actively in Agile development cycles, ensuring clear communication and thorough documentation.
- Manage deadlines and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Communicate with customers through various channels to analyze and evaluate custom technical requirements.
- Handle customer escalations in line with SLAs and support agreements.
- Provide bespoke solutions to end-user problems by thinking creatively and outside the box.
- Present complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Manage internal reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data reporting and visualization tools.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a software solutions environment, preferably within service management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience documenting root cause analysis.
- Ability to produce accurate customer specification documents for development purposes.
- Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using ticket tracking and logging tools.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients via email and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
