Data Mining & Email Marketing Specialist

RenderLand is a dynamic 3D visualization studio specializing in photorealistic architectural renders, interior and exterior visualizations, landscape renders, 3D floor plans, and walkthrough animations. We collaborate closely with architects, designers, builders, and real estate professionals to bring their projects to life through compelling visual storytelling. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our data research, lead generation, and email marketing initiatives. This role focuses on gathering and organizing business data, identifying potential clients, extracting relevant contact information, and managing targeted email outreach campaigns to drive business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough research on target industries to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Extract and compile accurate business information and contact details from various online sources.
- Build, verify, and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date lead databases.
- Segment prospect lists based on criteria such as industry, location, and business type to enhance targeting efforts.
- Develop, execute, and manage targeted email campaigns, including follow-up communications.
- Craft personalized outreach emails tailored to different audience segments to maximize engagement.
- Monitor and track the performance of email campaigns, maintaining detailed records within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

- Proven skills in data mining, web research, and data extraction with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written English communication skills, capable of producing clear and engaging outreach content.
- Familiarity with lead generation processes and email marketing strategies.
- Experience using spreadsheets, email outreach tools, or CRM platforms to organize and manage data efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills and self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Excel, or Google Sheets is highly advantageous and will support success in this role.
