Data Quality Executive

Zameen.com is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Executive to support its Bayut and Dubizzle operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of product listings, ensuring that all data meets the company’s quality and efficiency standards. This position involves managing spam and competitor sections, verifying listing details, and conducting daily audits to uphold data quality across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products comply with company quality and efficiency standards, including managing spam and competitor sections.
- Review listings manually and via XML Feed or XLS formats; update locations and approve or reject listings after verifying price, location, type, and purpose.
- Monitor and review all emails marked as spam, making appropriate approval or rejection decisions.
- Manage the bounced emails section by regularly clearing it.
- Perform image quality assurance according to established guidelines.
- Collect and update competitor counts in the CRM system, as well as add and update new clients sourced from competitors.
- Verify details of newly registered agents on the portal to ensure accuracy.
- Update location data and XML feed mappings on a daily basis.
- Conduct daily website audits to maintain high data quality standards.
- Report new localities to the relevant department for system inclusion.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience ranging from 6 months to 1 year in data management or data entry roles.
- A minimum of a graduation degree is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of computer software, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
- Position is based in Gulberg, Lahore.
