Data Science Manager

TecRec is seeking experienced Data Managers to enhance and expand our data capabilities through data quality management, research, analytics, automation, and AI-driven commercial intelligence. This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and offers a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 175,000 to 300,000. Successful candidates will play a crucial part in improving existing datasets, researching new data sources, and generating actionable insights that support strategic business decisions and identify qualified commercial opportunities. There are two openings available, with potential career progression to a Data Team Lead role for high performers.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and enrich datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify and correct missing or inaccurate information within data sources.
- Research and source relevant data from both internal and external channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across CRM and ERP systems.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and processes to improve data integrity.
- Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with IT and commercial teams on data-driven and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Conduct research on potential businesses, customers, assets, and market opportunities.
- Transform raw data into actionable commercial insights and qualified business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Data Science, IT, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling techniques.
- Experience working with datasets, databases, CRM, or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong research capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong logical thinking skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, data visualization, automation, or AI technologies is an advantage.
