Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team and drive the development, deployment, and adoption of machine learning models across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Build robust and scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data for analytics and machine learning workflows.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility through automated quality checks and validation processes.
- Translate complex business logic and strategies into actionable data science solutions.
- Apply a variety of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models and forecasting tools that address business challenges.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production environments following best practices in MLOps.
- Lead experimentation efforts such as A/B testing and pilot programs to validate data-driven hypotheses.
- Create clear and actionable business insights using Power BI or Python-based visualizations to support decision-making.
- Identify and explore new opportunities to leverage data and software for product, process, and customer experience improvements.
- Collaborate within an Agile framework, providing time and resource estimates for projects and supporting the development of colleagues’ data science skills.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Data Science role.
- Proficiency in Python programming and strong command of SQL for data manipulation.
- Experience using Git for version control in collaborative environments.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar collaborative development platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
