We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Job Scout & Researcher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will focus on researching companies, employers, and job opportunities across the UK, identifying suitable vacancies to be listed on our job platform. This role involves sourcing both standard job openings and positions offering visa sponsorship, ensuring a steady flow of genuine and up-to-date opportunities for job seekers. The position requires dedication to job scouting, company research, vacancy identification, and maintaining an accurate online job database.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough research on companies and employers across the UK that are actively hiring.
- Search company websites, job boards, and other online sources to find new vacancies.
- Identify and list suitable jobs on the platform, including those offering visa sponsorship.
- Research companies that employ international workers and locate relevant vacancies.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of companies and job opportunities.
- Collect detailed and accurate information for each vacancy, such as company name, job title, location, salary, job description, required experience and qualifications, sponsorship details, application instructions, and closing dates where available.
- Regularly verify and update vacancy information to ensure accuracy and remove expired listings.
- Categorize vacancies by industry, location, salary, experience level, and sponsorship availability.
- Continuously research new companies and emerging industries with increasing job opportunities.
- Maintain precise records of all companies and vacancies researched.
- Provide regular reports on identified jobs and companies.
- Meet daily and weekly job-scouting targets as agreed.

A significant part of the role involves identifying UK jobs that offer visa sponsorship. Responsibilities include:

- Searching for vacancies that explicitly advertise visa sponsorship.
- Identifying companies likely to employ workers requiring sponsorship.
- Researching companies holding relevant UK sponsorship licenses.
- Monitoring industries and sectors with available sponsorship opportunities.
- Tracking job boards and employer websites for newly posted sponsorship vacancies.
- Accurately recording and verifying sponsorship information before adding vacancies to the platform.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent online research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of UK job boards and company websites.
- Ability to find and verify information quickly and accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient written English communication.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily targets.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools.
- Experience in researching companies and identifying suitable employment opportunities.
- Previous experience in online research, job searching, or data research is advantageous.
