Data Scraper

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Scraper to create accurate and verified prospect lists at scale. This role involves leveraging a mix of paid tools, free trials, and web scraping techniques to support outbound marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure high data quality, accuracy, and timely delivery to drive successful outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop targeted prospect lists for ongoing campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless, and other relevant platforms.
- Extract comprehensive contact details such as names, job titles, company information, verified email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and phone numbers from both paid services and publicly available sources.
- Maximize the efficient use of tool credits and trial resources while adhering to platform policies and maintaining data integrity.
- Clean, deduplicate, verify, and enrich prospect databases to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Perform email verification using tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, MillionVerifier, or Debounce, maintaining an email bounce rate below 2%.
- Extract structured data from websites, business directories, event listings, LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches, and industry databases using PhantomBuster, Instant Data Scraper, Apify, or custom scripts.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, including search parameters, filters, job titles, geographic targeting, and exclusions to ensure consistency and traceability.
- Prepare and deliver CRM-ready CSV files accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Apollo, Seamless, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven ability to efficiently use multiple data sourcing and enrichment platforms such as Hunter, Snov, RocketReach, and Clay.
- Solid understanding of email verification processes, data validation, and acceptable bounce rate thresholds.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, filters, pivot tables, deduplication techniques, VLOOKUP, and data concatenation.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and reliability.
- Excellent English communication skills and a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Competencies

- Experience using Clay for data enrichment and prospecting workflows.
- Familiarity with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier to streamline scraping and data processing tasks.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript for customized data extraction.
- Experience extracting publicly accessible LinkedIn data while complying with platform guidelines and minimizing account restrictions.
