ibex. is looking for a detail-oriented Data Specialist to become a vital part of our Global Reporting & Analytics team. This role focuses on analyzing and reporting operational data related to revenue and direct labor costs across all current clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on operational activity data, specifically focusing on revenue and direct labor costs for all existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into business performance metrics.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost optimization through detailed data analysis.
- Support the Global Reporting & Analytics team in delivering timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of data collection and reporting processes to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field, preferably within a business operations or finance environment.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a global or multi-client environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and advanced analytics software is a plus.
- Prior experience in the BPO or customer service industry will be considered an advantage.
