The Data Specialist role at Gigtech Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Multan. This position involves managing and maintaining data sets across internal systems through data entry, validation, and updates to ensure accuracy and consistency. The Data Specialist will analyze operational and financial data to create reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that support decision-making and drive process improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to organize data for projects, document data-related workflows, and support data-driven initiatives. The role also includes monitoring data quality, troubleshooting discrepancies, and contributing to the continuous optimization of data management practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate data sets across various internal systems through data entry, validation, and updates.
- Analyze operational and financial data to generate reports, dashboards, and insights that aid business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize data for projects and document data workflows.
- Monitor data quality regularly and troubleshoot any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Support data-driven initiatives and contribute to the improvement of data management processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

- Strong skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Data Management and Data Modeling to organize, structure, and maintain large datasets efficiently.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving and quality assurance.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of working collaboratively within a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Multan and manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
