Data Verification/ Data Management Executive

Zameen.com is seeking a detail-oriented Data Verification Executive to support its Bayut and Dubizlee operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of property listings and related data. This position involves verifying information, managing spam and competitor data, and maintaining the integrity of the company’s CRM system. The role is based in Gulberg, Lahore, and is suited for entry-level professionals with a background in data management and strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality and efficiency standards, including managing spam and competitor sections.
- Review property listings submitted manually or via XML Feed and XLS files, verifying details such as price, location, type, and purpose before approving or rejecting them.
- Monitor and review all emails marked as spam, taking appropriate action to approve or reject listings.
- Manage the bounced emails section by regularly clearing and updating it.
- Conduct image quality assurance according to established guidelines.
- Collect and update competitor counts in the CRM, as well as add and update new clients sourced from competitors.
- Verify the details of newly registered agents on the portal to ensure authenticity.
- Update location data and manage XML feed mapping on a daily basis to maintain data accuracy.
- Perform daily website audits to maintain the quality of data presented on the platform.
- Identify and report new localities to the relevant department for inclusion in the system.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in data management or data entry.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of computer software, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
- The position is located in Gulberg, Lahore, and is suitable for entry-level candidates.
