Day Care Attendant

Teletaleem is seeking a dedicated and experienced Day Care Attendant to join their team at the I-9/3 Islamabad location. This full-time, onsite role involves providing attentive care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a daycare setting and possess a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and security.
- Assist children with daily living activities such as mealtimes, dressing, bathroom routines, and personal hygiene, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Organize and actively participate in educational activities, including games, arts, and crafts to promote learning and creativity.
- Support the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children through positive interaction and encouragement.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized childcare environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to daycare policies, health guidelines, and safety procedures to provide a safe atmosphere for children.
- Communicate regularly with parents and senior childcare staff about children’s daily activities, progress, and any specific needs.
- Assist in managing children’s behavior by encouraging positive interactions and addressing challenges constructively.
- Promptly report any accidents, injuries, or concerns to the supervisor to ensure timely response and care.

Required Qualifications

- 2-3 years of relevant experience working in a daycare or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate care practices.
- Ability to manage multiple children and tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and patient demeanor.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
