Day-Shift Female Call Representative

We are seeking energetic and confident female Call Center Agents to join our DU Telecom Campaign based in the UAE. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and maintain a positive attitude toward sales. This role involves engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, explaining telecom packages and offers, and working towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Candidates should be comfortable working in a professional environment and be motivated by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers as part of the UAE campaign.
- Clearly explain telecom packages and promotional offers to customers.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients at all times.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system.

Required Qualifications:
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge to manage customer data and system updates.
- Confidence and a target-oriented mindset to meet sales goals.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
