Daycare Attendant

Our valued client, EasyPaisa, a leading digital financial services provider in Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Day Care Attendant to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in child supervision and be committed to ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role involves organizing educational and recreational activities, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and supporting children’s social and developmental needs throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Organize and conduct age-appropriate educational, recreational, and creative activities such as storytelling, rhymes, and early learning sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the day care environment, including toys, equipment, and activity areas.
- Adhere to day care policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Assist children during meal times and rest periods, ensuring their comfort and care.
- Keep accurate attendance and daily activity records.
- Promote positive behavior, good manners, and social skills among children.
- Prepare activity materials and arrange play areas before and after use.
- Ensure all toys, learning aids, and equipment are properly sanitized and stored.
- Support children in developing social, communication, and self-care skills.
- Monitor children during indoor and outdoor activities to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with the receiving and handover of children following day care procedures.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or damages promptly to the Supervisor.
- Monitor day care supplies and notify the Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Assist in organizing special events, celebrations, and additional learning activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role involving child care or early childhood education.
