Daycare Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the daycare center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that promote children’s growth and development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment that supports the well-being of all children in care.
- Monitor children’s behavior, development, and overall well-being, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and manage incidents in accordance with established safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is the minimum educational requirement.
- Prior experience in childcare and supervisory roles is essential to effectively manage the team and care for children.
- A caring and nurturing attitude, demonstrating genuine concern for the safety and development of children.
