Deduction Entry Expert

This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore is seeking a Deduction Entry Expert to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing trade spend data, ensuring all information complies with company policies. This role requires a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and support dispute resolution efforts. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to optimizing trade spend processes, generating detailed reports, and assisting in the development of the organization’s Trade Spend strategy. Collaboration with various teams is essential to maintain smooth and efficient trade spend management.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, manage, and verify trade spend data to maintain data integrity.
- Identify discrepancies in trade spend transactions and assist in resolving disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to trade spend.
- Optimize trade spend processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless trade spend management.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in data entry and data management with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve disputes effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work well within a team environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry practices or Trade Spend processes is an advantage.
- This is an office-based role located in DHA, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday.
