Delivery Boy

This role involves the timely and accurate delivery of stock to designated shops, distributors, and dealers according to the established delivery schedule. The candidate will be responsible for verifying products and quantities before dispatch, ensuring that all items are handled with care to avoid damage or loss during loading, unloading, and transportation. Maintaining proper documentation by obtaining proof of delivery and submitting signed delivery papers to the relevant department is essential. The individual will also be expected to report any stock shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies in deliveries to their supervisor promptly. Professional communication with customers and adherence to assigned delivery routes are critical, as is compliance with traffic regulations and the responsible use of the assigned vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver stock to assigned shops, distributors, and dealers as per the delivery schedule.
- Verify products and quantities against delivery challans before dispatch.
- Handle, load, unload, and transport stock carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Obtain proof of delivery and submit signed delivery documents to the relevant department.
- Report stock shortages, damaged products, and delivery discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and follow assigned delivery routes.
- Follow traffic rules and ensure the proper use of the assigned vehicle.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Matriculation preferred.
- Valid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
- Previous delivery or distribution experience is preferred.
- Punctual, honest, responsible, and physically fit.
- Basic communication skills and familiarity with local routes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with prior experience in delivery or distribution will be given preference. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000.00 to Rs45,000.00. The position requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
