We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Food Delivery Riders to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly and safely to our customers. Key Responsibilities

Timely and Safe Delivery: Collect food orders from restaurants and deliver them safely to customers within the assigned schedule. Adhere strictly to delivery timeframes to maintain customer satisfaction.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by communicating professionally with customers during deliveries. Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

Navigation and Route Optimization: Use GPS or maps efficiently to plan and follow the best routes. Maintain familiarity with local roads and traffic conditions to minimize delivery times.

Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained to ensure reliability and safety.

Adherence to Safety Standards: Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Utilize necessary safety equipment such as helmets and reflective gear.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any customer feedback. Report any incidents or issues to your supervisor without delay.

Required Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License: Possession of a valid driver’s license appropriate for the mode of transportation used is required.

Own Vehicle: Candidates should have access to their own vehicle for deliveries.

Time Management Skills: Ability to manage schedules effectively and meet delivery deadlines consistently.

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication with customers and team members is essential.

Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, customer-focused attitude that enhances the delivery experience.

Physical Fitness: Capability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying food orders.

Reliability: Demonstrated dependability and a strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role.

This is a full-time, in-person position with work locations available at multiple branches including Town, Gulbahar, and Hayatabad. Candidates will be asked about their preferred branch, vehicle ownership, and possession of a valid driving license during the application process.
