The role is within the Communication Business Unit (BU) and focuses on supporting business operations and sales analysis. This position requires expertise in sales business intelligence, reporting, and analytics to provide clear visibility into the BU’s sales pipeline. By integrating data from sales, customer, and financial sources, the role offers a comprehensive view of sales performance, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive initiatives across the entire spectrum of internal operations within the BU.
- Analyze internal operations metrics and proactively present findings to BU leadership, along with strategies to address any deviations or outliers.
- Implement guidelines and strategies to improve adherence to business processes.
- Interpret financial and operational reports to provide a consolidated overview of the business trajectory on a quarterly basis.
- Support customer relationship management by ensuring profitable business operations and promoting excellence in internal processes.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses of internal programs to optimize resource allocation.
- Mentor, manage, and lead the sales operations team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively across business functions and engage with leadership teams.
- Negotiate and influence within a matrixed organizational structure.
- Demonstrate strong program management skills to drive projects and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain connections with senior management to align business goals.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in program management and business operations.
- Strong execution capabilities combined with analytical skills.
- Educational background in Engineering or an MBA.
- 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform for M365 is mandatory.
