Key Responsibilities
- Closely monitor store orders, including OPL (Order Processing List), HO (Head Office), and manual orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain effective communication with Offer Management and suppliers to follow up on stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Manage stock levels within budget constraints while ensuring maximum stock availability to meet service level agreements.
- Oversee logistics operations and general administrative tasks to support store functions.
- Assist the Line Manager in controlling the issuance of purchase orders and managing related OPEX/CAPEX for GNFR (Goods Not for Resale) supplies, ensuring proper use, management, and distribution.
- Support the Line Manager in monitoring the generation and prompt dissemination of reports to relevant departments.
- Facilitate the procurement process for store supplies and assist in processing payment requests for non-trade items.
- Ensure accurate handling and bookkeeping of the Petty Cash Fund under the guidance of the Line Manager.
- Coordinate timely preparation of signage requests for merchandise display.
- Document sales and expense records for designated periods to maintain accurate financial tracking.
- Assist in auditing sales, bank remittances, store fixed assets related to maintenance and IT, as well as change and petty cash funds.
- Reconcile audit reports and assist in monitoring store shrinkage to minimize losses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized institution.
