Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize deliveries to customers and clients, ensuring the correct quantity and adherence to required specifications.
- Count, sort, and weigh incoming goods to verify receipts against delivery notices accurately.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of orders and stock availability to lead timely, efficient deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
- Foster smooth coordination and maintain strong relationships with various departments including Operations, Store Management, Head Office, Buyers, Field Sales, and the Delivery Team.
- Verify daily fuel costs and transactions, ensuring all related documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain the Cash Ledger with precision and accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts and cross-checks to ensure accuracy.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback periodically to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Head Office on matters such as fuel expenses, key performance indicators (KPIs), fixed costs, and third-party vehicle expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized institution.
