Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with all corporate directives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and management instructions related to Occupational Health & Safety as well as store security.
- Oversee and continuously improve security measures to prevent shoplifting, theft, pilferage, robbery, fraud, trespassing, vandalism, and other criminal activities that could negatively impact store operations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and security concerns, report findings, and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the Regional Manager Security and Store Manager regarding any incidents or activities that may undermine corporate interests.
- Manage the deployment, duty rosters, shift scheduling, and attendance monitoring of third-party security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and effectiveness.
- Identify gaps in operational SOPs related to security and safety, report these issues, and recommend corrective or remedial actions to enhance store protection.
- Coordinate and liaise with third-party service providers on all matters pertaining to security to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized institution is mandatory.
