Deputy Chief Pilot Training

We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to join our Flight Operations team at ISB Airport. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in flight training and operations, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and instructor development. This role demands a highly skilled individual capable of ensuring training quality, standardization, and adherence to both company and international aviation standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with PCAA, ICAO, and company flight training requirements.
- Oversee and support the standardization of training programs, including instructor development and quality assurance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of A320 training standards, SOPs, manuals, and regulatory frameworks.
- Lead coordination efforts within the training department to enhance operational efficiency.
- Make informed decisions related to flight training and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the aviation sector.
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Possess a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid Instrument Rating is mandatory.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements set by PCAA and ICAO.
- Demonstrated ability to support training standardization and quality oversight.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
