The Deputy Manager CPD, Principal will play a pivotal role in leading the design and execution of professional learning programs aimed at school leaders within TCF's network. This position involves creating engaging learning experiences, including both self-paced and facilitator-led formats. The incumbent will be responsible for developing instructional resources, digital content, and technology-enabled professional development initiatives. Additionally, the role requires ensuring effective implementation, ongoing monitoring, and continuous enhancement of these programs to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on school leadership competency frameworks to inform program development.
- Perform needs analysis to identify recurring gaps in knowledge, skills, and performance among principals.
- Analyze leadership development deficiencies and establish clear learning priorities.
- Design and facilitate training sessions tailored to school leaders.
- Develop blended learning journeys combining in-person and online training methodologies.
- Create high-quality training materials and resources that address the diverse needs of the target audience.
- Assess participant progress and evaluate the impact of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements.
- Develop program dashboards to track key performance indicators and support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth design, execution, and evaluation of training initiatives.
- Provide support on additional projects within TCF as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and internet research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and team leadership abilities.
- Experience in designing training modules, applying design thinking principles, and conducting both in-person and online training sessions.
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating adult learning experiences.
- Solid understanding of contemporary teaching practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or Leadership Development will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates with 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, particularly those with a background in blended learning, are highly desirable.
