The Deputy Manager Corporate Fundraising position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore District. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with corporate partners to secure both financial and in-kind support for IHHN’s programs and growth initiatives. The Deputy Manager will develop fundraising strategies, prepare proposals, and create presentations and reports tailored for corporate donors. Additionally, the role involves coordinating donor visits, events, and fundraising campaigns to strengthen engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and donors to secure funding and resources.
- Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies and proposals aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed presentations, reports, and communication materials for corporate donors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage donor visits, fundraising events, and campaigns to enhance donor engagement.
- Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain consistent communication and stewardship with donors to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including finance, communications, and program departments to align fundraising efforts with IHHN’s priorities.
- Stay updated on trends and opportunities in corporate social responsibility (CSR) to leverage potential partnerships and funding sources.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relationship management, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within corporate and CSR environments.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, report drafting, and presentation development, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in project planning, campaign management, and event coordination, preferably in nonprofit or corporate sectors.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor fundraising performance, and prepare accurate financial and progress reports.
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships with diverse partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, sales, or business development, ideally within healthcare or the social sector.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to IHHN’s mission of providing accessible, free-of-cost quality healthcare.
