Deputy Manager Finance

We are seeking a highly qualified finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working across various industries, demonstrating adaptability and expertise in managing financial operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate complex financial information to diverse stakeholders while fostering a collaborative team environment. The position is based in Karachi, and candidates must be willing to commute reliably or relocate before starting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, motivation, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and collaboration.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and improve overall financial health.
- Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
- Adapt financial practices to meet the needs of different industries and business environments, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Professional qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is mandatory. Candidates who are finalists and currently completing these qualifications will also be considered.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record across multiple industries.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a productive team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey financial concepts effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Candidates should be between 30 and 40 years of age to maintain a balance of experience and energy within the team.

- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
